The Calaboose Singer Songwriter Series presented by Play Frisco’s Cultural Affairs Division features artists and their original songs in the heart of the Center City district.

FROM THE VENUE: Come grab some food and beverage from your favorite FTC eatery and enjoy FREE live music at The Park! From bluegrass to rock to country to Americana, some of DFS’s most talented musicians will be on The Park stage this Spring! Our focus is on local talent and original music, so come check out the music, bring your lawn chairs and blankets, and come join the fun!

June 10th Performance: Brandon Johnson, featuring Charlie Hutto

No tents or shade structures please. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Balls of any kind and other objects that can be thrown such as frisbees are not permitted in The Park during music events, include set up and take down. Glass containers are not permitted at The Park. Please bring water from home in in reusable containers. (Small plastic bottle tops cause issues with our draining system.)

Alcohol is permitted at these events as long as it is purchased from Cafe Gecko and is in a plastic container.

Please respect the FTC businesses that make these FREE events possible and do not bring food from restaurants that are not located at FTC, including fast food, to the event.

Brandon Johnson, Solo Showcase | Make Music Day Event

EVENT INFO: Make Music Day Frisco is a live, free musical celebration on June 21, the longest day of the year, with concerts and pop-up events on streets, sidewalks, and parks across the city. Along with hundreds of cities around the world, this annual celebration adds a fun soundtrack to the longest day of the year.

PERFORMANCE: The top "Mack Music Day Frisco" venue---Frisco Discovery Center---will host Brandon Johnson from 7:30-8:30 pm on June 21st.

VENUE: The Frisco Discovery Center is a City of Frisco-owned building that houses the Frisco Art Gallery, Black Box Theater, Dance Studio, Classroom, and three independently operated museums.
